The work is a business complex of luxury offices and Plaza Gourmet. It is one of the most exclusive office buildings in Lima and it is the only corporate project with a privileged view of the Los Inkas Golf Club.

It has seismic energy dissipators and 9 basements for parking. In addition, the building is Pre – Certified LEED GOLD by USGBC, the most recognized international certification for sustainable buildings worldwide.
