It consists of the construction of a multifunctional educational building in which academic activities as well as artistic and cultural events take place; It has 6 levels of basements + Cistern, as well as 5 upper floors + Roof.

Mainly characterized by its attractive architecture consisting of a large white cube that floats on a water mirror, whose volumetry comprises a black insulated glass curtain wall facade with a recessed LED vertical lighting system. It also has a multifunctional auditorium that is located in 3 basement levels, with a capacity for 278 spectators with sophisticated theatrical equipment as well as two magnificent classrooms for special conferences.

With a large ellipsoidal vertical space in the central area of ​​the upper floors, this new multifunctional building is the new branch of the Universidad del Pacífico, which is the reason for its 50 years of foundation
