The building is located in the Miraflores district and has the highest global rating that sustainable buildings can achieve.

It is the first office building to obtain this qualification in Peru. (In South America only 15 buildings have this distinction).

The building has 17 floors and 8 basements with more than 700 parking spaces for cars, 54 for bicycles and 12 elevators.
