La Guajira Transmission Line Concession

Project description:

Construction, financing, operation and maintenance of the Regional Transmission System located in the department of Guajira, Colombia.

In August 2018, an investment contract was signed, by which the investors commit to finance the development of the Project through capital increases in Elecnorte.

Likewise, within the framework of the Investment Agreement and for the development of the Project, Elecnorte signed an engineering, supply of equipment and goods and construction contract with the CDEM Consortium (made up of Morelco SAS and Enterprises Management Services) and a operation and maintenance contract for 10 years from the Commissioning Date with the Guajira Lines Consortium (made up of Morelco SAS, DV Engineering and Enterprise Management Services SAS).
