Drinking Water and Sewerage District of Independencia

Project description:

This project will benefit more than 50,000 residents of the Independencia district. The project consists of works to improve the infrastructure of drinking water and sewerage services for the residents of the district.

The works for the potable water system include the construction of three reservoirs and the rehabilitation of eleven others. Likewise, 48 kilometers of networks will be installed and 78 kilometers of secondary pipes and a pumping tank will be improved. 2,600 new potable water connections will also be installed, rehabilitation of 10,000 existing household connections, and more than 12,500 meters will be installed.
